At We Don't Fish™, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or store credit requests due to buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing choices, change of mind, or any other personal preference.

No Returns Accepted

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on any products.

Our products are worn directly on the head and come into contact with hair, skin, sweat, personal care products, and other personal-use conditions. Therefore, all sales are considered final once an order has been placed.

Returned merchandise will not be accepted.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout, including:

  • Full Name

  • Shipping Address

  • Apartment or Unit Number (if applicable)

  • City, State, and ZIP Code

  • Email Address

We Don't Fish™ is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, returned packages, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, We Don't Fish™ may, at its sole discretion, issue store credit equal to the original purchase price of the product(s).

Store credit will not include:

  • Shipping charges

  • Taxes

  • Insurance fees

  • Any additional service fees

Store credit is not guaranteed and may require documentation from the carrier confirming the package was lost in transit.

Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, We Don't Fish™ is not responsible for theft, loss, damage, misplacement, or unauthorized retrieval of the package.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that packages can be delivered to a secure location.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that was damaged during transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Photos of the package

  • Photos of the product received

Failure to contact us within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

Limited Edition Products

Many We Don't Fish™ products are released in limited quantities and may never be restocked after they sell out. For this reason, all purchases are considered final.
